Free cancellation in the event of non-admission

Secure your place without risk! You can cancel your booking contract free of charge before the scheduled start date if you have not been accepted by the university or college in the region for which you originally booked.

Cancellation conditions

1. Non-Admission to University/Institute: If you are not admitted to the university or institute of higher education located in the region of your reservation, you can request cancellation of your contract.

2. Proof of enrolment: You must provide proof of enrolment in another region. This may be an official letter of admission or equivalent document from the university or educational institution confirming your enrolment in a different region.

3. Request deadline: Cancellation requests must be made before the start date of the booking contract. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered for free cancellation.

4. Request Procedure: To request cancellation, please send an email to the following address: contact@ecla.com. Your request must include:

  • Your full name
  • Details of your reservation (reservation number, dates, etc.)
  • Proof of registration in another region

5. Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation request has been received and verified, you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating that your reservation contract has been cancelled without charge.
